For your information we have 4 different types of coil forming machines in which you can make high quality zippers:

 Type -1 

-  STANDARD/LOW SPEED  COIL FORMING MACHINE : This is a low speed coil forming machine , the out put for #5 quality will be 23 rolls per day (200 yds roll length) 

- Machine runs with forming screw having dia 6 mm size 

- 5 years before all customers were buying such models but now everybody changed to the high speed type 

- Suitable for #10 cfc zipper quality 

 Type - 2 

-STANDARD COIL FORMING MACHINE WITH DOUBLE PUNCH TECHNOLOGY -

-Double punch technology is used for making the coil head more prominent to make the teeth combination perfect and improves the life of zipper .

-But this is a low speed type of machine with a production of 20-22 rolls per day of #5 quality ( 200 yds per roll length )

TYPE-3 (HIGH SPEED COIL FORMING MACHINE) 

- This is the first machine of its kind developed by our Dong Hong factory in the year 2008 .

- production of 35 rolls / day for #5 cfc quality (200 yds per roll)

-Till date no company has developed such kind of machines with such a high out put 

-All spares are of high quality 

-Forming screw 10mm diameter size (having life 8-10 months if good quality mono filaments use )

- This machine model factory has stopped producing as it has been modified to the S2 type machines.

Type -4  (Best model)

- Super high speed high quality coil forming machine  with S1 type screw (special patent technology) ,recently this has been developed to S2 pressure type screws ( only by Dong Hong company in the year 2009) .

- Super high speed type coil forming machine ,with output of 40 rolls/day for #5 cfc quality (200 yds per rolls )

-Can also make CH(without cord ) coils for making CH zipper at higher production ( in the same machine without changing any parts)

-The machine runs with a special technology so as to make high quality zipper teeth quality
